Position 1: Officer Property Management

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing or Supplies Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent.

Purpose of the Program:
This position is responsible for administering and filing different contracts of the bank, controlling fixed assets, facilitating office rent contractual agreement signing, and handling store-related activities.

Position 2: Officer II, Property Management

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing or Supplies Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

This position is responsible for preparing, administering, and filing different contracts of the bank, as well as handling store-related activities.

Position 3: Senior Officer- Promotion & Corporate Communications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Journalism/Communication Management or any other relevant field.

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as an Officer or equivalent level.

This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation of policies, guidelines, plans, and budget of the public relations division. Duties also include assessing and reporting public opinions, participating in corporate social responsibility activities and event organizations, promoting public confidence, and protecting the bank’s image and services.

Position 4: Manager, Property Mgt. Division

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Supplies or Purchasing Management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as Section Head Level or Manager I/C.

The position is responsible for assisting in the preparation of policies and procedures, as well as coordinating the operations of the Property Management Division to ensure the availability and optimal use of resources.

Position 5: Manager, Logistics Division

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics or Procurement, Purchasing and Supplies Management, or Purchasing Management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as Section Head Level or Manager I/C.

This position is responsible for developing logistics strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as managing the operations of the Logistics Division, including transport, fleet management, and maintenance activities.

Position 6: Principal Officer-Credit Appraisal

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 1 year as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.

This position is responsible for coordinating the credit risk due diligence assessment, monitoring and processing loan applications, and conducting appraisal processes to ensure the success of the Unit.
