Position: Business Counselor


  • A first degree from a recognized university in Marketing, Business, or Finance.
  • Must have graduated within the last 2 years, completed coursework awaiting graduation, or currently pursuing a Masters or Ph.D. degree.
  • Submission of a recommendation/reference letter from the attended university.

Personal Attributes:

  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, dynamic, passionate, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems.
  • Demonstrates integrity.
  • Proficient in computer skills.

The AINFP program welcomes applications from qualified candidates for internship positions in various knowledge centers, which include but are not limited to:

  1. Supply Chain Operations
  2. Data collection and market surveys
  3. Marketing and Branding
  4. Financial Management Systems
  5. Financial planning and forecasting
  6. Market Consumer insights research
  7. BOP marketing and last-mile distribution
  8. Smallholder farmer sourcing and contracting
  9. Business Planning
  10. Marketing Strategies
  11. Sales and sales agent networks
