Position 1: Branch Cashier

Minimum Qualification & Experience: BA or Diploma in Accounting & Finance or related field.

Experience: 0 (Zero Experience)

Work Place: Branch

Position 2: Customer Service Officer

Minimum Qualification & Experience: BA or Diploma in any field of study.

Quantity: 3

Work Place: Head Office & Branch

Position 3: Secretary & Cashier

Minimum Qualification & Experience: BA (2 years) or Diploma (4 years) in Human Resource, Accounting & Finance, or Secretary Science.

Work Place: Head Office

Position 4: Branch Manager/Supervisor

Minimum Qualification & Experience: BA (4 years) or Diploma (6 years) in Agriculture, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Quantity: 2

Work Place: Branch

Position 5: MIS/IT Officer

Minimum Qualification & Experience: BA in IT or MIS. 2 years of experience in a Financial Institution is an asset.

Field of Study: Information Technology or Management Information System

Work Place: Head Office

Position 6: Accountants

Minimum Qualification & Experience: BA (2 years) or Diploma (3 years) with COC required in Accounting & Finance or related field.

Work Place: Head Office & Branch

Position 7: Human Resource Senior Officer

Minimum Qualification & Experience: BA (2 years) or Diploma (4 years) with COC required in Human Resource Management or any Business area.

Work Place: Head Office

Position 8: Internal Auditor Senior Officer

Minimum Qualification & Experience: BA (3 years) or MA (0 year) or Diploma (5 years) in Accounting & Finance or related field. Audit report writing experience is necessary.

Work Place: Head Office

Position 9: Finance Manager

Minimum Qualification & Experience: BA (6 years) or MA (4 years) with senior-level expertise in Accounting & Finance or related field. Additional experience in IFRS is preferred.

Work Place: Head Office

Position 10: Operations Manager

Minimum Qualification & Experience: BA (6 years) or MA (4 years) with senior-level expertise in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Additional experience in microfinance plan preparation is preferred.
