Job Description

The Business Development and Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase the company’s visibility, attract new clients, and drive sales growth. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing Maraki’s business development, marketing, and sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development, marketing, and sales strategies to increase the company’s visibility, attract new clients, and drive sales growth.
  •  Developing and executing marketing plans, managing the company’s online and offline marketing initiatives, and creating and distributing marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create marketing materials and develop marketing campaigns that highlight the company’s services and offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets, and develop and execute plans to reach those markets.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of sales leads and opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and use insights to inform business development, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Manage budgets and resources for business development, marketing, and sales activities, and ensure that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, creating and executing strategies to increase revenue and grow the company’s client base.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, and sales management.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
