Position 1: Branch Manager I

  • Requirements:
  • BA degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
  • Relevant banking experience and managerial expertise preferred.
  • Strong competency in building teams, decision-making, and prioritization.

Position 2: Manager-District Team

  • Requirements:
  • BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 6 years of relevant experience in the human resource area.
  • Banking experience strongly preferred.

Position 3: Principal – Success and Leadership Development Officer

  • Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 years of related experience in human resource development.

Position 4: Principal Payment System Officer

  • Requirements:
  • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Relevant banking experience is required.

Position 5: Principal IT Project Management Officer

  • Requirements:
  • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Relevant banking experience is required.

Position 6: IT Innovation Modernization Directorate – IT Analyst/Developer/Manager

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT analysis, IT development, IT management, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience is required.

Position 7: Principal Total Rewards Officer

  • Requirements:
  • BA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or a related field of study.
  • Relevant experience is required.

Position 8: Principal System Administrator

  • Requirements:
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Relevant experience is required.

Position 9: IT Innovation Modernization Directorate – IT Systems Administrator

  • Requirements:
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Relevant experience is required.

Position 10: Executive Office Assistant II

  • Requirements:
  • B. degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related field of study with relevant experience.

Position 11: Senior Business Partnering Officer
