Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of marketing and research experience.

Job Summary:
The Senior Conventional Products Development Officer is responsible for planning and executing retail products. They will prioritize product and customer requirements and work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. Additionally, they will analyze market and competitor information to identify threats and opportunities. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the bank’s overall strategy and goals.

Position 2: Senior – IFB Product Development Officer

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management & Economics.
  • Minimum of six (6) years in banking operations, with at least two (2) years in IFB Officer services.

Job Summary:
The Senior IFB Product Development Officer will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the Islamic Finance Banking (IFB) product development division. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Market analysis will be conducted to assess the company’s position and identify opportunities and threats.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant banking experience, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory position.

  • Represents the bank in judicial and quasi-judicial organs.

Qualification & Experience:

Position 8: Manager – Social Media and Digital Marketing Division

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Journalism & Communication, Language and Literature, Economics, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.

Job Summary:

  • Plans and executes social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinates the creation of digital content.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains a social media presence.
  • Develops innovative digital marketing growth strategies.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies in social media.
  • Maintains partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

Position 10: Manager – IT Project Quality Assurance Division

Qualification & Experience:

  • MSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical project quality assurance, software testing, and system audit, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recent software test and Quality Assurance tools.
  • Knowledge of Project Management and Governance.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise applications SIT and UAT test case development and management.
  • Experience in all QA cycles, including test plan creation, test case creation and execution, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with agile or waterfall environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Job Summary:

  • Reviews quality specifications and technical design documents.
  • Creates detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Estimates, prioritizes, plans, and coordinates quality testing activities.
  • Designs and implements comprehensive test plans.

Position 11: Manager – IFB Products Development Division

Qualification & Experience:

The Manager of the IFB Products Development Division is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the division. They oversee the planning and execution of Islamic Finance Banking (IFB) products throughout their lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with various units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The manager ensures that the products align with the company’s overall strategy and goals. Additionally, they continually analyze market and competitor information to assess the division’s market position and identify potential threats and opportunities.

Position 12: Manager – Technical Services Division

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, and Economics
  • Technical certification in electricity and general mechanics (added advantage)
  • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.

Job Summary:
The Manager of the Technical Services Division is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the activities of the division. They handle and resolve support requests from branches and headquarters, and closely monitor activities that contribute to the opening of new branches.

Position 13: Director – IT Infrastructure Directorate

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology and Information Systems, or related field.
  • Training in UNIX or other Operating systems and Relational database ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, and COSO Certification
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience in IT Infrastructure and Service Management, with at least five (5) years in a managerial role preferably in the banking sector.

Job Summary:
The Director of the IT Infrastructure Directorate is responsible for ensuring the Bank’s technology infrastructure enables growth, customer satisfaction, and cost-effective service delivery. They oversee IT systems, technical support, network architecture and administration, database administration, data center operations, systems administration, and server and storage administration. Additionally, the director identifies, develops, deploys, and retains staff within the Bank through effective talent management.

Position 14: Director – Litigation and Debt Recovery Directorate

Qualification & Experience:

  • LLB Degree in Law or Masters Degree (added advantage)
  • Minimum of 12 (twelve) years’ legal experience ideally in a leading organization.
  • Proven track record in providing accurate and effective legal counsel, contract negotiation and drafting, and adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk and penalties.

Job Summary:
The Director of the Litigation and Debt Recovery Directorate plans, organizes, directs, leads, and coordinates the legal service activities of the Bank. They develop and implement litigation and debt recovery strategies to recover the bank’s assets in cases of unpaid loans and outstanding debts. The director oversees negotiations, settlements, and alternative dispute resolution attempts as required for cases involving the bank. They also provide input in the development of the Bank’s long and short-term strategic and operational plans and policies. Talent management is a crucial aspect of the jobholder’s responsibilities, including identifying, developing, deploying, and retaining staff within the directorate.
