With over 14,000 employees, CCBA has an extensive footprint across the region.
Position: Employee Relations Specialist
- Minimum requirement: First Degree in Law (LLB)
- Advantage: Post-graduate Labour Law qualification
- 5 years of relevant and hands-on experience in HR and Employee Relations in a corporate environment
- Experience working with labor unions, collective bargaining agreements, and external government bodies
Key Purpose of the position:
The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for building employee relations capability and enabling management effectiveness. This will involve executing proactive employee relations initiatives, delivering targeted training programs, and facilitating the investigation and resolution of issues and conflicts within a specific region.
