1. Relationship Manager – Governmental Enterprise I

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the banking sector, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Summary: Responsible for attracting new customers, managing financial relationships, and selling designed products to meet targets. Enhance value-add relationships with existing and new customers.

2. Relationship Manager – Institutional Banking I

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the banking sector, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Summary: Strengthen and manage financial relationships, sell products, and prospect for new customers. Maintain customer expectations to sustain business relationships.

3. Relationship Manager – Institutional Banking II

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 9 years’ experience in the banking sector, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Summary: Attract and manage customer relationships, sell products, and pursue incremental business. Ensure customers receive timely and quality service.

4. Relationship Manager – Governmental Enterprise II

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 9 years’ experience in the banking sector, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Summary: Strengthen financial relationships, sell designed products, and manage customer expectations. Acquire new customers and maintain existing ones.

5. Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking III

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the banking sector, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Summary: Deepen and manage financial relationships, achieve growth goals, and sell Corporate Banking Unit products. Prospect for new customers and promote additional bank services.

6. Branch Manager – Class II Branch

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the banking sector, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Place of Work: Adola Wayu Branch – Adola Wayu Town / Yabello Branch – Yabello Town
  • Summary: Responsible for managing branch operations, customer service, and promoting business growth within the assigned area.

7. Branch Manager – Class III Branch

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline with a minimum of 9 years’ relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position.
  • Place of Work: Debre Birhan Branch – Debre Birhan Town
  • Summary: Manage branch operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Promote business growth within the region.
