Position 1: Branch Accountant and Account Clerk
- BA in Accounting or Accounting & Finance
- Proficiency in IFRS and Peachtree Accounting
- Computer certificate is mandatory
- 1 year or more of experience as an Accountant or Account Clerk
- Computer skills are essential
The Branch Accountant and Account Clerk roles involve tasks such as posting individual client ledgers, reconciling general and individual client ledgers, producing bank statements, and executing various accounting activities. The goal is to contribute to the organization’s objectives. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Branch Accountants.
Position 2: Branch Manager I
- BA/BSc in any business field
- Successful completion of MFI trainings in credit and default management, IFRS, risk management, and savings mobilization
- 2 years of relevant work experience or 3 years as a senior Customer Service Officer/Operations Officer with MFI experience
The Branch Manager I position involves planning, organizing, coordinating, leading, and supervising operational activities and personnel at the branch. The goal is to achieve organizational objectives. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Operations Manager.
