Dashen Bank SC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1 – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Specialist

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations,    Journalism, Digital/Online Marketing, Customer Experience and/or related fields.
Experience: At least six (6) years’ post qualification experience similar role in a bank or service oriented organization.

Required Technical Competency

Knowledge of Digital/Online/Social Media strategy, audience management and analytics.
Keep track of fast-paced markets and be knowledgeable about the Bank’s clients and their needs.
Must keep up-to-speed with current affairs and new markets.
Creative design skills with the ability to interpret and influence design and advertising work to deliver on the spirit and feel of the brand.

Position 2 – Senior CSR Officer

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital/Online Marketing, Customer Experience and/or related fields.
Experience:At least five (5) years’ post qualification experience similar role in a bank or service oriented organization.

Required Technical Competency

Knowledge of Digital/Online/Social Media strategy, audience management and analytics.

Position 3 – District credit Analyst

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance or other related fields.
Experience: At least five (5) years’ banking experience of which at least two (2) years in credit area.

Required Technical Competency

Working knowledge of provisioning for loan losses and the Bank’s regulatory provisioning policies and requirements.
Expert knowledge of loan workout and recovery processes and strong knowledge of lending principles in the commercial business market.
Solid understanding of lending procedures and credit reporting agencies
Proficient in reading / interpreting financial statements for the purpose of underwriting credit.
In-depth knowledge of credit scoring and financial services products.
Knowledge of policies, rules, regulations and directives related to the financial sector.
Sound knowledge of macroeconomic and microeconomic environment.

Position 4 – Manager, Digital Lendings

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economics, Marketing Managerment, Business Administration, Management and/or related fields.
Master’s in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management and/or related fields is an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 8 (eight) years relevant work experience on similar roles.

Required Technical Competency

Demonstrate experience and in-depth understanding of Digital Banking.
Good understanding of digital lending practices and overall credit operation.
Knowledge and experience in modern sales and marketing practices in financial services industry.
Networking skills to effectively leverage on relationships that will enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Extensive banking background, including understanding credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Project management skills.

Position 5 – Digital Lendings Relationship Manager

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics and/or related fields.
Master’s in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 6 (six) years relevant work experience on similar roles.

Required Technical Competency

Experience working cross-functionally to develop new ideas and products.
High-level understanding of applications used in the organization’s industry.
Experience and knowledge of how to adapt project management processes to organization’s product life cycle.
Strong knowledge of the Bank’s clients and their needs.
Demonstrate a keen understanding of industry trends and their implications for the Bank as well as events in fast-paced markets.
Good knowledge of banking regulations.
Adequate knowledge of Banking and finance (local and international).
Corporate and conceptual thinking abilities.
Project management skills.
Ability to lead, influence and drive change initiatives in support of business strategies within the department/unit.

Position 6 – Digital Lendings Relationship Officer

Qualification: Economics, and/or related fields is an added advantage.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing Managerment, and/or related fields.
Master’s in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing Management, and/or related fields is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 4 (four) years relevant work experience on similar roles.

Required Technical Competency

Experience working cross-functionally to develop new ideas and products.
High-level understanding of applications used in the organization’s industry.
Experience and knowledge of how to adapt project management processes to organization’s product life cycle.
Strong knowledge of the Bank’s clients and their needs.

Position 7 – Legal Clerk (Contract Basis)

Qualification: Diploma or Level IV in a legal discipline
Experience: At least one (1) year experience in a legal office.
