Dashen Bank is currently inviting qualified applicants for various vacant positions. Dashen Bank is a renowned financial institution known for its exceptional operation, financial achievements, and innovative technologies in the industry.

Position 1: Contact Center Agent


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • BSc. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Information Systems.
  • Four (4) years of post-qualification experience in the banking sector, fin-tech, hospitality, telecom, microfinance, or similar roles involving direct customer contact or frequent communication with customers.
  • Responsible for receiving customer calls, addressing concerns or queries via phone or social media platforms, and ensuring quality customer service according to established standards.

Place of work: Addis Ababa.

Position 2: Compliance Officer


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Banking from a reputable university.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (preferred).
  • Professional certification in Risk Management (FRM), RCP Level 3, Chartered Risk Analyst (CRA), or Governance Risk and Compliance Management (GRCM) is an added advantage.
  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Responsible for ensuring the bank’s compliance with banking laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures, identifying exceptions or violations, and reporting them with recommendations.

Place of work: Addis Ababa.

Position 3: Branch Relationship Manager I


  • BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related business field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
  • Responsible for attracting, deepening, and managing financial relationships to meet deposit and loan growth goals, promoting and selling bank products and services, and enhancing value-add relationships with existing customers.

Place of work: Mettu Branch.

Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer – Accounts I


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology).
  • At least four (4) years of banking experience.
  • Provides front office customer service support, handles account management transactions, responds to customer inquiries, and manages cash and non-cash transactions at the branch.

Place of work: Limmu Genet and Mettu.

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade I


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration).
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
  • Plans, organizes, leads, and controls the banking activities of a branch office, ensuring compliance with operating procedures, rules, and regulations.

Place of work: Gebreguracha Branch.

Position 6: Customer Service Manager I


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration).
  • Minimum of six (6) years of banking experience.
  • Supports the Branch Manager in coordinating customer service activities within the branch and ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction levels.

Place of work: Bachuma Branch.
