Job Description:
- Handle and check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
- Maintain proper records and files.
- Effect periodical payments on time.
- Prepare and send reminders for unpaid documents.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer-II
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or other related fields, with 1 year of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.
Job Description:
- Take necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents.
- Check and counter-sign tickets and negotiable instruments.
- Handle international money transfers like Western Union.
- Ensure that accounts are opened properly, and the necessary details are put into the system correctly.
