Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on consumer and market trends, target demographics, and competing brands.
- Design and implement market and consumer surveys
- Gather, analyze and interpret marketing data.
- Prepare detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors’ activities, outcomes, and sales
- Forecast future market, consumer, and sales trends
- Work with the marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies.
- Monitor customer bases and identify new ones.
- Perform other marketing and sales-oriented responsibilities offered by an immediate supervisor.
Qualification Requirements:
- BA Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- Two or more years of relevant experience, work experience in a marketing company is a plus.
Skill, Attitude, and Attributes:
- Proven experience in marketing & research and similar roles.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.

2. Social Media Content Creator
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Promote companies’ products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.
- Research industry-related topics.
- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products.
- Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views into blog posts.
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates).
- Perform other Social Media Content Creator oriented responsibilities offered by an immediate supervisor.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Facilitate calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
- Proactively engage and manage sales relationships; moreover, periodically revising service contract agreements.
- Assure delivering excellent customer service.
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions and complaints as needed.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
- Develop strong relations with customers.
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
- Perform other marketing and sales-oriented responsibilities offered by an immediate supervisor.
