Job Description

The E-commerce Manager at Ashewa Technology Solution S.C. is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of digital marketing, vendor management, account management, and delivery of goods. This role involves managing a team, implementing processes and procedures, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring smooth commercial activities to enhance vendor satisfaction and optimize the services provided by ashewa.com.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to ensure and increase vendor and customer satisfaction on ashewa.com.
  2. Manage all vendor account activities, including photographs, content, social media posts, sales, monthly reporting, and vendor testimonies.
  3. Lead and guide the commercial team members, set targets and goals, and provide necessary support for goal achievement.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implement changes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as tech and support departments, to implement marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
  6. Source qualified suppliers for new projects, negotiate prices, participate in supplier audits, and manage existing vendors through contract negotiation, signing, and updates.
  7. Oversee the supply chain planning function, including sourcing products, merchandise, and logistics planning.
  8. Improve the quality of incoming products, enhance supplier delivery performance and service level, and reduce costs.
  9. Monitor the delivery status and lead the team in resolving issues during the ordering process.
  10. Manage the end-to-end customer complaint process, including handling potential claims and ensuring effective communication with customers.
  11. Manage third-party service providers related to commercial activities, ensuring competitive costs, aligned service level agreements, and effective performance management systems.
  12. Coordinate product scheduling and delivery to ensure continuous service that meets customer requirements.
  13. Maintain and update the list of approved suppliers, evaluate suppliers as per schedule, and establish strong relationships to secure better purchasing and payment conditions.
  14. Conduct cost comparisons and provide sourcing recommendations after negotiations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Commercial, Sales and Marketing, sourcing, and vendor management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and relevant software tools.
  • Mandatory experience in formulating and implementing digital marketing strategies within e-commerce companies.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of vendor management and sourcing.
  • Team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
