Position 1: Junior Brand Management & Communication Officer

Qualification: BA in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.

Purpose of the Job: Assist in implementing branding and marketing communication activities to achieve the bank’s objectives, create brand awareness, and build the bank’s image and reputation.

Specific Functions:

  • Ensure proper application of brand visual identity elements according to brand guidelines.
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor branding activities across various channels and materials.
  • Contribute to the division’s annual plan, procedure manuals, and performance reports.
  • Participate in market and needs assessment for promotional materials.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Brand Management & Communication Officer

Qualification: BA in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 1 year in an officer position.

Purpose of the Job: Actively participate in implementing branding and marketing communication activities to achieve the bank’s objectives, create brand awareness, and build the bank’s image and reputation.

Specific Functions:

  • Contribute to the design and preparation of the division’s procedures, annual plan, budget, and reports.
  • Propose creative and innovative long-term and short-term advertisement and sales promotion programs.
  • Develop a marketing/communication governance process to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to brand standards.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Branch Manager Grade – I

Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 7 years of relevant banking experience with at least 2 years as a Senior Officer in a banking operations position.

Purpose of the Job: Achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the bank by cross-selling products and services, acquiring and retaining customers, improving customer services, and building strong customer relationships. Manage overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.

Specific Functions:

  • Plan and lead the enhancement of resource mobilization at the branch by organizing and coordinating the branch workforce effectively.
  • Engage in marketing and promotional activities to communicate the bank’s products and services to customers.
  • Monitor branch accounts and control expenses.
  • Ensure prompt authorization of transactions and timely completion of end-of-business cycle processes.

Place of Work: Densa, Degolo, Kemissie, Mekoy, Sekota, Tulu Awulia, Wogel Tena

Position 4: Branch Manager Grade-I (IFB)

Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 7 years of relevant banking experience with at least 2 years as a Senior Officer in a banking operations position.
