Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor Branch – C
- Education and Experience: BA degree in Economics/Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or related field with at least 3 years of experience in banking operations.
- Responsibilities include authorizing transactions, clearing cheques, reconciling accounts, and ensuring account accuracy.
- Place of Work: Togochale -Kulbi – Addis Ketema -Gende Kore -Bedessa -Awash 7 Kilo -Chiro – Gursum
Position 2: Branch Manager – C
- Education and Experience: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 4 years of work experience in banking operations, including 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Responsibilities include planning and coordinating branch activities, evaluating performance, motivating staff, and providing professional advice.
- Place of Work: Dire Dawa (Abay Sadik /IFB)
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
