Position 1: Junior Building Management Officer

  • Requirements: BSC degree in Architecture with 2 years’ experience in Architectural Design, Supervision & Quantity Surveying. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Archi CAD, and other Architectural Design software is advantageous.
  • Responsibilities: Prepare interior designs, branch layouts, supervise construction works, and more.
  • Place of Work: Head Office

Position 2: Store Keeper-I

  • Requirements: BA Degree in Procurement/Supplies Management/Accounting or related field with 2 years of property management experience.
  • Responsibilities: Manage inventory, receive/store materials, issue materials per requisition, etc.
  • Place of Work: Gondar and Hawassa District Office

Position 3: Building Management Officer

  • Requirements: BSC degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field with 4 years’ experience in Architectural Design, Supervision & Quantity Surveying. Banking industry experience advantageous.
  • Responsibilities: Similar to Junior Building Management Officer.
  • Place of Work: Head Office

Position 4: Junior Hardware Technician

  • Requirements: BSC in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering with 2 years’ hardware maintenance experience.
  • Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot applications, etc.
  • Place of Work: Hawassa District Office

 

Position 5: Customer Service Supervisor Grade I

  • Requirements: BA degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, etc. with 3 years of banking operations experience.
  • Responsibilities: Authorize transactions, oversee cheque clearance, reconcile accounts, etc.
  • Place of Work: Damboya & Bonesha Branch

 

Position 6: Security Officer

  • Requirements: BA/Diploma in Police Science with 3/5 years’ security/military experience.
  • Responsibilities: Improve security systems, monitor guards, etc.
  • Place of Work: Hawassa District Office

 

Position 7: Customer Service Supervisor Grade I

  • Requirements: BA degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, etc. with 3 years of banking operations experience.
  • Responsibilities: Similar to Customer Service Supervisor Grade I.
  • Place of Work: Jijiga/Shebelle Branch

 

Position 8: Senior Interest Free Banking Operation Officer

  • Requirements: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, etc. with 4 years of banking operations experience including 2 years in IFB.
  • Responsibilities: Identify customers, ensure proper consolidation, organize events, etc.
  • Place of Work: Hawassa District Office

 

Position 9: Branch Manager – Grade-I

  • Requirements: BA in Management, Economics, etc. with 3 years’ banking operations experience, including 1 year in supervisory position.
  • Responsibilities: Plan branch activities, coach customer service officers, recruit customers, etc.
  • Place of Work: New Branch at Jijiga City

 

Position 10: Branch Manager – Grade-I

  • Requirements: BA in Management, Economics, etc. with 4 years’ banking operations experience, including 2 years in supervisory position.
  • Responsibilities: Similar to Branch Manager – Grade-I.
  • Place of Work: Ayikel (Central Gondar) Branch

 

Position 11: Manager – Interest Free Banking

  • Requirements: MBA degree with 6 years of experience or BA degree with 8 years of experience, both with 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Responsibilities: Compile IFB performance data, produce guidelines, enhance resource mobilization.
  • Place of Work: Gondar District Office

 

Position 12: District Manager

  • Requirements: MBA/MA/BA degree with 8/10 years of experience, including 4 years at senior supervisor position.
  • Responsibilities: Communicate directives, oversee branches, enforce standards, manage resources, and more.
  • Place of Work: Adama District Office

Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
