Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics or other Business Related Field & 4 years banking experience
Experience: 4 Years and above Banking Experience.

Position 2: Credit Appraisal Officer
Education: BA degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance & Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Experience: minimum of 6 year Experience, 3 years in credit area.
Place of work: Adama District Operation
Position 3: Grade I Branch Business Manager
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or Business- related fields.
Experience: 6 Years and above Banking experience, experience in supervisory position is advantages.
Position 4: Grade I Branch Operation Manager
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or Business- related fields.
Experience: 5 Years and above Banking experience, experience in supervisory position is advantages.
Position 5: Grade I Branch Manager
Education: MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics or other Business Related Field.
Experience: 6/8 years banking experience, Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous.
